Exchange and return policy

At Slow Coffee Tenerife, we are proud to offer you fresh, high-quality specialty coffee. Our commitment to freshness means that once coffee is shipped, we cannot re-list it for sale. However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise, and we are here to help if the coffee does not meet your expectations.


If you wish to make a return because the coffee is not in good condition or there has been an error in the preparation of your order by Slow Coffee Tenerife, please follow the following steps:

  1. Send an email with the following images attached:

    • Image of the shipping company label.

    • Image of the original packaging.

    • Image of the product or products you wish to return.

These images are an essential requirement to process your return. The lack of any of the three images will prevent the return procedure.


Returns can be made in the following ways:

  1. Obtaining a coupon with the value of the order placed, redeemable on our

  2. Refund made to the original payment method used to place the order.



Product changes are subject to stock availability. In case there is a difference between the items purchased and the new items, we will provide you with a coupon redeemable in our web store.

Return Cases

Refunds will be made in the following cases:

  1. Error in the preparation of the order by Slow Coffee Tenerife.

  2. The customer does not receive the package due to an error by the transport company.

  3. The customer receives a different product than expected, excluding coffee. In this case, we will take care of the collection, and the client must assume the costs generated. These costs will be deducted from the amount to be returned for the unwanted product. Once we receive the unwanted product in our facilities and verify that it is in good condition, we will proceed to return it.
