The bamboo whisk, also known as "Chasen" in Japanese, is a tool for making a perfectly frothy bowl of traditional matcha green tea. Using a bamboo whisk in a zig-zag motion breaks up any clumps and results in a frothy matcha tea.
Chasen is made by hand in fine bristles from a
hand-made natural white bamboo piece.
 
Only apply bamboo over 5 years old, air dried for one year; with 100% ecological box.
