Sookoo Coffee's perspective is “Ethiopia first, natural processing second,” and that is reflected in this bright, frothy coffee. Made up of two varieties, Gibrinna 74110 and Serto 74112, this cup has a pinot noir grape feel, mixed with a raspberry-banana smoothie (as good as it sounds).

Working from Odo Shakiso within Guji, their coffees are grown at 2,173 meters above sea level and represent the dedication of a family to the cultivation and development of coffee in Ethiopia.
