Lemon season is usually in winter and it is the perfect time to cook it. It is prepared like a pastry cream, in a bain-marie, with lemon juice, sugar and the rest of the ingredients, stirring gently until achieving that creamy and delicious texture.

Ingredients: Tenerife lemons, eggs, sugar, lemon zest and extra virgin olive oil.

Pairing: It is aromatic, unctuous and perfect for snacking, mixing it with natural yogurt or preparing your own MariVicky cake.
